Our Local Lenders

Clayton is a graduate of East Central University and became a CPA in 1983. He practiced public accounting for over 20 years before joining 1NB in 2002 and established our Sulphur branch in 2003.  Clayton moved his family to Ardmore in 2005, assuming duties as Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer.  He became President and a member of the Board of Directors in 2016 and was named Chief Executive Officer in 2022.  Clayton has been active in many civic and professional organizations and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Banker’s Bank in Oklahoma City and the REI Oklahoma Board of Directors in Durant. He and his wife, Bebe, enjoy volunteering for several civic and charitable organizations and especially enjoy spending time with three children and five grandchildren.

Jake Charnock has been with 1NB since 2004 serving in the lending department, most recently in the capacity as Chief Credit Officer. Having earned an undergraduate degree in Accounting as well as an MBA degree from West Texas A&M University, Jake completed the Graduate School of Banking in 2013. Jake is a graduate of Leadership Ardmore and currently serves on the board of the following: Ardmore Development Authority, Ardmore Regional Park Authority, The More Foundation and Community Bankers Association of Oklahoma.  He and his wife Julie have two daughters, Brooklyn and Presley, and are members of Emmanuel Baptist Church. 

Robin is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and subsequently passed the certified public accounting accreditation in the State of Oklahoma. She began her practice in 1989 and has more·than 35 years experience in public accounting. Robin specialized in income tax preparation and planning, particularly agricultural issues involving horses and cattle, and small business.

Prior to joining 1NB Robin was a shareholder and full-time managing member of Abla & Jolly CPA, PLLC in Sulphur, Oklahoma. She was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s public accounting and income tax services.

Robin is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA, and NCHA and has served as the Treasurer and past President of the Board of Directors for the Sulphur Chamber of Commerce. She is a founding member and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Murray County Charitable Endeavors Foundation and teaches 4 year old Sunday School at Cross Way Church where she and her husband are active.

Robin and her husband, Steven have three grown children and four grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys riding cutting horses, running, pickleball, sports, teaching Christian financial principles. and any activities with her kids and grandkids.
